J’eet yet? Where Philly meets good old southern fare.

Owner and founder Ted Miller was born and raised in Virginia. As the executive chef at Bluemont Vineyard in Virginia, Ted developed his signature biscuit recipe. His cheddar rosemary drop biscuits were a quick favorite and became his specialty. In 2019, Ted moved to Washington Township with his wife, Tori (a TWP native). After a brief role as a chef in a restaurant in Philly, the COVID-19 pandemic became a catalyst for Ted to create his own vision for his new community. Blair Mountain Biscuit Co. became a reality the summer of 2021. Now Ted is cooking up those famous biscuits with a new Philly flare, and even added a few vegan friendly options.
